Golden Egg Holistic is a peaceful healing space just outside of Portlaoise. Built on a hilltop, it has beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
What do we do?
Parent and Baby Classes:
At Golden Egg Holistic, we run weekly Baby Massage Classes and Baby Reflexology classes. These classes are suitable for parents/caregivers and their babies. Classes are kept small to ensure a comfortable and peaceful class for both parents and babies. I am a registered IRI and IAIM member which means it is possible to claim the cost of both baby classes, depending on your policy, from your health insurer.
Reflexology:
As a qualified Reflexologist and member of the Irish Reflexology Institute, i work one to one with a broad range of clients with various physical, mental and emotional needs, including babies and children, men and women with fertility problems, maternity clients, cancer patients, etc.
I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to train with many fantastic Irish and International Reflexology and Holistic Tutors, giving me the skills and knowledge to develop my own practice.
Training Courses:
At Golden Egg Holistic we source the most highly qualified and experienced Irish and International holistic Tutors and bring them to Golden Egg, offering quality CPD approved courses and workshops to Irish Therapists. Regular CPD courses run at Golden Egg Holistic include Maternity Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology, Cancer Care Reflexology, Doula Training,
Baby Massage Instructor Course, CHI Reflexology, Indian Head Massage. We also offer workshops to the general public such as: Introduction to Ayurvedic Medicine, Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Bach Remedies, , Positive Touch for Children, Energy Healing etc.
